Massage therapy is an effective health care tool. It is used to reduce muscle spasm and fascial adhesions, alleviate pain and fatigue, create relaxation, boost the immune system, and much more. We offer a variety of massage techniques tailored to fit your goals. Our techniques include, but are not limited to, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, craniosacral therapy, Swedish relaxation, and prenatal massage.
We see clients of all ages and all levels of health. We often work with athletes, car or work accident patients, and those experiencing stress. We make it our goal to provide a safe, comfortable environment that fosters trust and mutual respect to maximize the benefits of massage.
We offer a variety of hours to fit your schedule Monday through Friday 8:30am to 6pm and Saturday 7am to noon. Massage sessions last from 30 to 120 minutes.
