Sharon is a native of Northeast Pennsylvania, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and biology from Marywood University. She is passionate about health and the body’s natural healing processes. This passion brought her to Minnesota to continue her education in the healing arts.
In addition to her bachelor’s degree in psychology and biology, she has also earned the title of Massage Therapist from Northwestern Health Sciences University’s School of Massage Therapy. This institution provided her with a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, pathology and professional issues.
Sharon is experienced in multiple massage techniques including trigger point therapy, cross fiber friction, deep muscle therapy, cranio-sacral therapy, myofascial release and swedish relaxation. She is a current member of the American Massage Therapy Association and holds her National Certificate in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Sharon and her husband are raising two beautiful daughters and she continues to pursue optimal health running marathons and using stretching and massage to keep body healthy.
